How can we reform
Police in Pakistan? Get it out of political influence is the most important
key. So how to do that,
- Select an Inspector-General cautiously without any pressure of politicians
- Give him security of tenure.
- Give him authority to hand pick his team, including DPOs (district police officers) and SHOs.
- Hold him answerable for any transgressions of the law and Order.
- Provide him with latest technology and equipment.
- Lastly give him his due respect.
