"My wife is sick and I'm her only husband at home, grant me leave"
A letter to principal, " Mr Principle, my headache is paining please leave me for one day"
Covering note :I'm enclosed herewith......
Another one: "Dear Sir, with reference to the above, please refer to my below....."
Letter: "I'm well here and hope you are in the same well"
An application: " This has reference to your add calling for a typist and receptionist male or female, as I am both for past 5 years & I can handle both with good experience, I am applying for the post."

Very funny, in fact we come across such cases many times in our lives. But we have to forgive them, for they have tried to communicate to the best of their ability, and that too in a foreign language.
